The building complex, with a total usable area of 20,360 m², was designed on a 38,862 m² site in line with the requirements of the Konya-Selçuklu Municipality as a sports training center for the Olympic Games. The project integrates sports, administrative, and accommodation facilities and also includes a football field with a grandstand built to international standards.

The sports facilities of the complex were designed in accordance with international standards and include halls for disciplines such as swimming, water polo, karate, taekwondo, wushu, wrestling, judo, kickboxing, boxing, table tennis, chess, and gymnastics. These are complemented by a football field meeting international regulations, Olympic-standard running tracks, and a grandstand with a capacity of 500 spectators.
For each discipline, specific competition venues were developed to meet the requirements of the Olympic Games. In addition, the complex incorporates a hotel for athletes participating in national and international events. Looking ahead, the capacity is planned to be expanded through additional hotels in the surrounding area, thereby strengthening the range of sports facilities and enhancing the long-term attractiveness of the location.
